BIP at Lusófona University, in Oporto. Portugal: Global Citizenship, Interculturality and Mediation

The Global Citizenship, Interculturality and Mediation BIP course aims to train ethical and socially responsible professionals who are able to deal with the complex social and cultural scenarios of the 21st century. Students and teachers will have the opportunity to engage in real life problems, find creative solutions and gain relevant skills for their future in an international environment in contact with real organization context.

BIP at University of Iasi, Romania

The University of Iasi, Romania, is planning to organise the following BIPs in the upcoming Spring 2024 semester:

BIP at ESDL - School of Sports and Leisure from IPVC, Portugal:: ‘Immersive virtual reality as a way to promote the practice of physical exercise in university students’ 

The ESDL - School of Sports and Leisure from IPVC - Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo is organizing a Blended Intensive Programme ‘Immersive virtual reality as a way to promote the practice of physical exercise in university students’. The course offers the possibility of Sport advanced training in Virtual reality to Bachelor and Master students and will take place:

  • Online on 14th June 2024
  • On-site from the 17th to the 21th of June 2024, at ESDL in Melgaço, Viana do Castelo, Portugal.

The practical course is of 35 hours, with 3 ECTS credits, about the potential of immersive virtual reality for individualized sports practice and the degree of concordance between real vs virtual sports practice. It will be a space for exchange in an international atmosphere, that allows the collaboration among students and teachers in international teams. This BIP will offer tools and knowledge to improve Sport technical work and new learning teaching methodologies in a project-based learning with new digital competences and innovative skills. The deadline for submission of the applications is till 30 of April 2024.
