Outgoing students: SICUE Programme

Through the SICUE programme, students at Spanish universities can complete part of their studies at a university other than their own, with guarantees of academic recognition and credit transfer, as well as suitability for their curriculum profile.

The mobility period may last for a minimum of half a year (3-6 months, minimum 24 credits) and a maximum of a full year (up to 9 months, minimum 45 credits), as established in the agreement with the host university.

*A student who has completed a SICUE exchange at a university may apply for a new exchange and do so at the same university, provided that they are studying a different degree and in a different academic year.

* Special situations

  • If the student has fewer credits remaining to complete their studies than the minimum required, they may still be eligible for the exchange, provided that they enrol in all of them at the UCV and they are included in the SICUE bilateral agreement.
  • In the case of students with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%, a reduction in the number of credits enrolled may be requested. This request must be accompanied by a report from the UCV Disability Services Department.

Five per cent of the total number of places available will be reserved for students with a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%.
If these places are not filled, they may be assigned to other students according to the assessment criteria established by the Selection Committee.
