Program

  • Module 1: Mediterranean wine and food culture
  • Module 2: Introduction to the components, raw materials and processes of wine, beer and vermouth in Spain.
  • Module 3: Wine industry, sustainability, and production in Spain
  • Case-study: Students will work on challenges faced by the industry and develop proposals to tackle them.
