Secure your seat in a postgraduate programme for the 2026/27 academic year starting February 9, 2026. 

As reservation procedures may vary, we have outlined the general process below. However, for the specific steps pertaining to each Master’s programme, please consult the dedicated section on the programme’s webpage by selecting it here: Postgraduate Programmes.

All postgraduate programmes at UCV involve a formal admission and selection process. 

All candidates must complete the following steps: 

1.Registration
1.- Access our Postgraduate Registration Platform and select your desired programme from the drop-down menu.
2.- Click “Reserve” and enter your passport number to access the platform.

Note: be sure to tick the box marked “Foreign” so the system recognizes your non-Spanish documentation.

3.- Accept the terms and conditions, and complete the form with your personal, academic, and contact details.
4.- Finalise the registration by accepting the legal and data protection clauses.    

Once your registration is submitted, you will receive two emails: 

> A registration confirmation, including a PDF document titles “Ficha Posgrado” (Postgraduate Form).  
> A link to the Documentation Upload Platform where you will complete the next step.    

2.Documentation upload
After completing your registration, log into the Documentation Upload Platform (link provided by email) and submit the following documents: 

1.- Academic Documentation
One of the following: 
> Your university degree diploma (must be apostilled), or
> A letter from your university confirming that your degree qualifies you for postgraduate studies in your home country.    

2.- Language Certification
In Spanish or English, via an official certificate. Level depends on the specific programme requirements.

3.- Passport
A scanned copy of your valid passport (both sides) in one single PDF.  

4.- Postgraduate Form
Upload the completed “Ficha Posgrado” sent to you during registration.  

3.Interview or Programme-specific requirements
Depending on the specific programme, you may be required to: 
> Participate in a personal interview
> Complete a test or assessment.

4.Seat reservation
Once the Programme Director confirms your admission, you will be invited to reserve your seat. 
> For non-EU residents: A 50% payment of the full tuition fee is required to confirm your place.  .
> For EU residents: A 20% payment of the full tuition fee is required. 

Note: This payment will be deducted from your total tuition fees.  

5.Enrolment
After reserving your seat, you will receive an assigned date and time to enrol. You must complete your enrolment online through the UCV platform.
Additionally, once the academic year begins, you will need to present your original academic documents in person at your programme’s campus Secretariat.
