Secure your seat in an undergraduate programme for the 2026/27 academic year starting March 3, 2026.

If you are an international student, to reserve your seat you will need:

1.Contact us
Get in touch with our Admissions Team at admissions@ucv.es and request an online meeting. If possible, please include the undergraduate programme you are interested in and a scanned copy of your valid passport or ID.

2.Pre-Register Online
We’ll guide you through the process, answer your questions and help you complete your online pre-registration.

3.Reservation Payment
A Reservation Payment* is required to reserve your seat in the selected undergraduate programme. Payable online.
EU students: €300
Non-EU students: 50% of the first-year tuition fees of your selected programme.
*In both cases, this amount will be deducted from your total first-year tuition fees
Once the reservation payment is confirmed, we will help you with the required documentation upload to our platform and we will assign you an online enrolment date.

4.Enrolment in June
Enrol online at the assigned date, following the instructions provided during the reservation process.
If you are an EU student, you must pay €500 to confirm your seat and enrol.
If you are a student outside of the EU, your Reservation Payment includes seat confirmation and enrolment payment. (no further payments required)

Required Documentation:

Passport or ID
Upload a scanned copy of your valid passport or ID (both sides) in a single PDF.

University Access Documentation (depending on your academic background):

  • Students from the European Union (EU) or non-EU students that possess the International Baccaulareate (IB) Diploma: Submit UNEDasiss Credential.
    Note: You may reserve your seat without having the credential, but must submit it before enrolment in June. For guidance on how to obtain the UNEDasiss Credential, visit the UNEDasiss website.
  • Non-EU and non-IB students: Submit your Homologation of your High School Diploma issued by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
    Note: To reserve your seat at UCV, you are required to show proof that you have started the Homologation process and present the “Volante de Solicitud Homologación”, that the Embassy/Consulate of your country will give you once you request the Homologation. At the end of your first academic year, you must submit the finalized Homologation. For guidance on how to obtain the Homologation, visit the Spanish Ministry of Education website.

For students needing homologation:

  • All original documents must be apostilled and legalised.
  • Verified copies must be submitted to the Spanish Ministry of Education/Embassy/Consulate.
  • If your documents are not in Spanish, you must include an official sworn translation into Spanish.
  • Documentation can be submitted through the Spanish Embassy/Consulate in your home country.

After uploading your University Access Documentation -depending on your academic background-, you must present the original transcript of records in person at your campus Secretariat after the academic year begins.

Interview and Language Proficiency

anguage requirements (Spanish or English) will be verified either via an official language certificate or during a personal interview, depending on the specific programme requirements.
