Introduction
Over two days, the meeting will bring together researchers, clinicians, innovators, patient-focused stakeholders, and young scientists working in the fields of ME/CFS, post-viral syndromes, Long COVID, and related biomedical research.
The program combines state-of-the-art scientific sessions on disease mechanisms, biomarkers, systems biology, metabolomics, biobanking, and emerging therapeutic approaches with presentations from major European collaborative initiatives, including DISCOVER-ME, VITAL-ME, and PREDICT-ME. Particular emphasis is placed on patient involvement and integration in research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the active participation of young and early-career researchers, who will present their work and engage with established experts from across Europe.
By fostering knowledge exchange, innovation, and the next generation of researchers, this event aims to accelerate progress towards improved understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of ME/CFS and related post-infectious conditions.
