Please, notice that June 15 is deadline for submission of abstracts
Guidelines for Oral presentations.
Most parallel sessions will be 80 minutes long allowing 6 paper presentations. Each presenter must prepare for a 10 minutes oral presentation and a few minutes for questions/discussion. Some “closed” sessions may have other formats that will be informed by the session organizers.
Guidelines for Poster presentations.
There will be a live poster session August 16. at 6PM CET. The posters will be displayed on an electronic totem, so there's no need to print them. We will contact the authors later to finalize the format.After the presentation, it would be a discussion/talk with those visiting your poster
Session proposals
We welcome applications to coordinate thematic sessions at the MMV13 conference.

Submission Guidelines for Extended Abstracts
To ensure a smooth review process, please adhere strictly to the following instructions:
Template Download: You must use the official Word template corresponding to your desired presentation type:
Required Content: All submitted extended abstracts can include one figure or one table. Please note that the text within tables, citations, and the full reference list are not included in the word count limit.
Reference Style: All references should be formatted using the APA 7 style.
Submission Deadline & Email is 15th June 2026.
Important Note on Proceedings
All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which you will receive upon registration and arrival at the conference.
