Steen Kobberø-Hansen is a dedicated board member of the European Ramblers' Association (ERA), with expertise in coordinating European long-distance paths (E-paths) and promoting sustainable walking initiatives. He leads the ERA's digital presence and the Leading Quality Trails – Best of Europe, Day Walk (LQT-DW) Working Group, focusing on Europe's best walking trails.

Steen also spearheads the ERA GREEN TRAILS project, advocating eco-friendly walking paths across Europe.
