Registration and Fees

Registration is now closed

After you have registered, please send an e-mail to rann12@ucv.es, with subject "Inscripción RANN" including in the body of the message your name and surname together with the name and address of your institution.

The deadline for registration is May 15th, 2019 (if presenting an abstract) or June 6th, 2019 (if no abstract is presented). The maximum numbers of attendees to the conference is 70.

The Registration fee includes book of abstracts, lunch and coffee breaks at the venue, as well as the conference dinner. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.

Depending on funding, some grants for PhD students may be available. These will be given to students presenting oral communications, taking into account their registration date.

Invoices will be provided upon request. To request one, please send an e-mail to rann12@ucv.es, with subject "Invoice", after the conference.

How to arrive

By public transport:

  • Bus: numbers 2, 3, 5, 10, 13, 32, 41 & 81
  • Underground: Colón Station (Lines 3, 5, 7 & 9)
  • Train, from Estación del Norte: underground (lines 3, 5 or 9) or taxi (about 10 minutes)
  • Train, from Estación Joaquín Sorolla: underground (line 7) or taxi (about 15 minutes)
  • From the Airport: underground (lines 3 or 5) or taxi (about 25 minutes).

By Car:

The closest parking is Mercado de Colón (1 minute walking). Parking at your hotel is recommended.
